You have 14 days to exchange your product(s) when shopping at www.stvalentin.co from the day you receive them.

Please note that you are responsible for the return costs.

Use of our exchange label (EU Countries 17,5€, Rest of the world 54€), you package is fully insured.

We do not accept packages sent as ”COD” (cash on delivery).

How to use our exchange label

- Place a new order for the product(s) you would like instead
- Fill out the cxchange form.
- Get and print the return label here: EU Countries or Rest of the world
- Carefully pack your product(s), include the return form, place the return label on the box and hand it in at your nearest ParcelShop.

If the product(s) you would like are not in stock, kindly contact us on via e-mail: kundeservice@stvalentin.dk and we will do all we can to re-stock.

Return of product(s)

If the deadline for your return is on a public holiday

If the deadline for your return is on a public holiday, Saturday, Grundlovsdag, the 24th of December or the 31st of December, your deadline will be extended to the next coming opening day. In case your order entails several products but they have been delivered separately (for instance with pre-orders), your deadline is from the receiving of the latest arriving product.

When will I receive a refund for a canceled/refunded order

When we have received the package and inspected it, we will return the money to the same bank account as used for the purchase.

This can take from 2-8 weekdays depending on payment method and your bank.

Exchange/return crowdfunding

If you make use of any offer and choose to return one product but you would like to keep the other, we will deduct the full amount of retained product.

Therefore, please keep hold of your postal receipt and tracking number. Kindly return the product(s) unused and in the same condition as when you received them. We reserve the right to reject any product(s) if its packaging has been damaged or if the product(s) in any other way are deemed unsellable. All original packaging, price tags etc. must be returned with the product(s) and must not have been tampered with.
