All orders are sent with GLS and depending on the country, you can select delivery to any private address, company address or ParcelShop.

All orders are sent with GLS or PostNord. Depending on the country, you can select delivery to any private address, company address or ParcelShop.

Delivery time

We will process your order as quickly as possible and normally have you package delivered in 2-5 days. During busy periods, delivery time may be longer. When you order is ready to be send, you will receive a Track & Trace e-mail.

Non EU customers

All prices are including Danish VAT. If you are a customer outside the EU you are not subjected to Danish VAT. The VAT (25%) will automatically be deducted when you choose your country at the checkout.

Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax etc.) may be added to your order depending on region and local custom duties. The charges are at the customer’s own expense.

Order pickup at our store at Guldsmedgade 23, 8000 Aarhus C Denmark

If your wish to pick up your order directly in our store, you are welcome to do so. You will receive an email when your order has been handled, wrapped and is ready for pickup – typically 1-2 hours after the order has been placed (within the stores opening hours). Upon pickup, simply tell us your name and order number and we will fetch it for you :)
