Exchange and returns

You have 14 days to exchange/return your product from the day you receive it when shopping online at

S.T. VALENTIN undertakes no responsibility for the package until it is in our possession and we thus recommend you to send the package with insurance making it traceable.

Please note that we do not accept packages sent as ”COD” (cash on delivery).

If the deadline for your return is on a public holiday, Saturday, Grundlovsdag, the 24th of December or the 31st of December, your deadline will be extended to the next coming opening day. In case your order entails several products but they have been delivered separately (for instance with pre-orders), your deadline is from the receiving of the latest arriving product.

Products must be handled in manner, in which their quality and properties can be fully determined. To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us an unambiguous statement via e-mail within 14 days after you have received the product(s).

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product(s) are carefully and responsibly packed and that the customer is responsible for the product(s)/package until we receive them. Therefore, please keep hold of your postal receipt and tracking number. Kindly return the product(s) unused and in the same condition as when you received them. We reserve the right to reject any product(s) if its packaging has been damaged or if the product(s) in any other way are deemed unsellable. All original packaging, price tags etc. must be returned with the product(s) and must not have been tampered with.

As customer, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days for products you have taken in use. If the product has been taken in use, it is still eligible for return under the right of withdrawal. In fact, you can only take the product “in sight” meaning to try out the product(s) as you would in physical store. Products must be handled in manner, in which their quality and properties can be fully determined. If the product has been taken in use, you may only receive back part, or nothing, of the product(s) price at purchase since you as customer is responsible for any potential impairment. The impairment will be based on the re-selling value of the product(s).

Order and payment is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and you can almost always place an order. For site maintenance periods however, we may occasionally temporarily take the site offline. You can only shop at when the site is online and accessible.

To place an order at you must have turned 18 years old and be in the possession of a valid credit card that we accept. If you have not yet turned 18 years old, you can still place an order with us, however you will need the consent of your legal guardian.

All prices are including Danish VAT. If you are a customer outside the EU you are not subjected to Danish VAT. The VAT (25%) will automatically be deducted when you choose your country at the checkout.

Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax etc.) may be added to your order depending on region and local custom duties. The charges are at the customer’s own expense.

Add the product(s) you wish to buy to the cart. You can at all times add/remove items to the cart and obtain overview of all products in the cart and their total value. Surcharges such as shipping will be added just before payment.

When you are ready to complete your order, press the cart icon and “checkout. Thereafter type in your name, e-mail, address, telephone number, selected method of payment and selected method of delivery. You can change the content of the cart at all times up until pressing “Gå til Betaling”.

You will be taken to a secure payment site where you are to type in your payment details. You can cancel your order at all times up until pressing “Complete order” in which you confirm your order.

The money will be deduced from your account when the product(s) leave our warehouse.

Complaints - If there is something wrong with the product

Your purchase is covered by the Danish purchasing law entitling customers to return a purchased product within a period of 24 months. The complaint must be entitled and the product(s) faultiness cannot be due to incorrect use or any other harmful conduct such as wrongful wear and tear, and/or lacking of or incorrect product maintenance.
In January 2016 there were adopted new legislation in relation to the Consumer Complaints Act. We will always suggest to contact us and solve any complaints but in case there is a dispute we can't solve. We refer to the EU commission's home page - Online Dispute Resolution >

If you wish to file a complaint you must do so in due time i.e. as soon as you discover the faultiness of the product. Your complaint should be sent to us via e-mail at in which you carefully describe the problem. Please remember to add one or more photos to back your claim. Depending on the specific case, you will receive further instructions from us regarding how to return the product(s). When we have received and processed your complaint, you will hear back from us via e-mail or telephone.

We advise you to attach a copy of your detailed description of the problem in the package, alongside your account and contact details.

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product(s) are carefully and responsibly packed and that the customer is responsible for the product(s)/package until we receive them.

If you prefer, we can send you a return label for you to print and attach to the package. It is not a requirement, but it will ease the processing of you claim and speed up the process.

If you decide to send the package on your own, we will refund “fair” costs of delivery in the case of a justified complaint. If deemed unjustified, you will carry the costs of delivery. Remember to carefully pack the parcel and keep hold of your postal receipt. You are responsible for the package until it is in our possession.

Safety and personal data

All purchases completed at are conducted via a crypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer) and we thus do not have access to your account details. Only NETS (former PBS) have access to your data. Your personal data are 100% confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

Your registration details regarding the S.T. Valentin newsletter will only be used internally at S.T. VALENTIN and will not be shared with third parties. Your details will be used during order handling and advertising of our products directly to you.

To shop at you must inform us of your full name, address, e-mail and telephone number.

The above described data are stored alongside the details of the products you have bought in 5 years from the exit of the fiscal year which the details relate to (please see the Accounting law §10). Hereafter your data will be deleted.

Your details will not be shared or sold to third parties except from in the case of a restructuring or full or partly sell of the company. The disclosure in such instance would be in accordance with applicable law relating to privacy of the individual. As customer, you are entitled to access your registration data with us and you can object to the registration in accordance to the law on the handling of personal data. At S.T. VALENTIN we apply analytical tools. We will not share personal data on our customers with such tools but use them strictly in order to remedy technical errors and to optimize the online experience for our customers.


When visiting you automatically accept our use of cookies. A cookie is a data file that we place on your computer to track your activity on our website and to be able to recognize your computer. A cookie is not a program and it does not contain virus.

Law and venue

Products purchased at are subject to Danish law and legislation. Any dispute will be handled by the Danish court of law.

Sold out items

We make reservations towards sold out products online.

At we strive to keep an updated stock, however should you be so unfortunate that your ordered product is out of stock, we will contact as quickly as possible by e-mail or telephone and strive to restock as quickly as possible. Thus, please make sure to give up your correct e-mail and telephone number when placing your order.

Competition rules

When you participate in our competitions, you automatically give permission for us to send you our newsletters.

We do not intend to spam you and will only contact you when we receive new products to our store or throw great events which we believe that may be of interest to you.
